Director of Highways/Civil Engineer

The Director of Highways/Civil Engineer plans, manages and coordinates County construction and year-around maintenance operations of the Road & Bridge and Weed Department employees and activities in support of them. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvements on approximately 1400 lane miles of roadway, numerous bridge programs, and managing a multi-million dollar annual budget.
